What is an Indoor Drone Show

An indoor drone show is a live performance where small, synchronized drones fly safely inside a venue, creating patterns, shapes, and light effects in perfect harmony with music and storytelling. Unlike outdoor drones that rely on GPS, indoor drones use a newly developed real-time positioning system. This advanced system allows the drones to know their exact position down to the centimeter, enabling precise movements even in GPS-denied environments.

How much space do I need for an indoor drone light show?

The amount of space required for an indoor drone light show will vary depending on the size and complexity of the show. We can build tailored drone shows to your venue and stage size. Our team will work with you to understand your specific event needs and ensure that we have the necessary space to create a stunning display. Let’s say you want to fly a 10 drone show, a minimum size would be 6x6m and 3.5m ceilings. Interested in a “TED-talk” format drone show for your conference? – Then a 2x2m and 2m ceilings can work.

What about Flight Regulations for drones?

Since the drone shows are inside, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has no laws and regulations for inside drones. So, as long as the venue is good with it (and we have plenty of hard data to show them why they should be), we do not need to seek any permits or waivers. Are the Indoor drones safe?

Our system is built on the world’s most advanced and safety-focused indoor drone technology. Each drone weighs just 190 grams, and the propellers are designed to spin at a low enough speed that accidental contact causes no harm — you could touch them and walk away without a scratch. These are not your average drones.
Multiple layers of safety are integrated into both the hardware and the AI-driven control software to handle unexpected situations with precision. We’re happy to provide a detailed safety document to you and your venue — and so far, no one has ever said no after reviewing it.

Can you do international shows?

Yes we have done shows around Scandinavia and Europe and we are happy to perform all around the world. International shows do usually require more lead time and usually a slightly higher budget. Even then, we are usually less expensive than the few local suppliers out there as they are running on older, complex and much more expensive tech.
