By accessing and using the dronarshow.com website and the services provided by Hyped Drones AB ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Hyped Drones provides indoor drone show entertainment for corporate events, galas, product launches, conferences, and private events across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and internationally. All shows are subject to venue approval, safety assessments, and availability.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed in writing via a separate performance agreement. Pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines are specified in the individual agreement. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding booking. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have signed the performance agreement and a deposit has been received.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on dronarshow.com — including text, images, videos, logos, and drone show choreography designs — is the property of Hyped Drones AB and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hyped Drones AB takes every precaution to ensure safe and flawless performances. However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Swedish law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are specified in each individual performance agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative costs. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to partial or full charges depending on the preparation work completed. Force majeure events are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved by the competent courts in Stockholm, Sweden.
